Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customs Fees

Please be aware that customs fees may apply for shipments to Europe. The customer is responsible for covering these fees. Chel Wear covers duty fees for US shipments.

Exceptions / fees / non-returnable items

Within 24 Hours of Purchase:Β You may cancel your order free of charge withinΒ 24 hours of placing it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

24 Hours after Purchase:

  • Custom Jerseys, Hoodies, Shells or Socks: No refunds will be issued once production has started, as these items are custom-made with names and numbers.

  • Wraps, Tapes, Jerseys, Helmet Sticker Stripes, and Chin Straps (Ear Loops): No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these products once the product is shipped.

  • Fishbowls: Fishbowls may only be returned if they are in factory-new condition, unused, and in their original packaging. If the item has been used, no returns will be accepted. For items in perfect, unused condition, you have 30 days after receiving the product to return them, subject to a 30% restocking fee, as production was launched based on pre-orders.

  • Any ProductΒ sold in Europe can not be returned and are final sales

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Β
